Welcome to OperationFood.
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders, deliveries, and services provided by OperationFood and its sub-brands:
Operation:Food, Operation:Meat, Operation:Market, and Operation:Meal.
By placing an order through our website, app, or affiliated platforms (such as Thuisbezorgd, Uber Eats, or Deliveroo), you agree to these terms.

2. Services and Delivery
- Operation:Food, Operation:Market, and Operation:Meat deliver daily between 11:00 AM and 03:00 AM.
- Operation:Meal is delivered via PostNL – order today, delivered tomorrow (on business days).
- Delivery times may vary depending on location, demand, and external factors (such as traffic or weather).
- Sending service messages or offers (only after consent)
- We do our best to deliver within the indicated time, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
3. Orders and Payments
- Orders can be placed via our website or third-party platforms.
- Payment must be made in full using the available payment methods (e.g., iDEAL, credit card, or platform payment).
- After payment, a digital invoice will be sent via email.
4. Pricing
- All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- OperationFood reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
5. Cancellations and Changes
- Orders through Operation:Food, Operation:Meat, or Operation:Market cannot be canceled once confirmed, as preparation starts immediately.
- Orders through Operation:Meal can only be modified or canceled before they are dispatched.
6. Product Quality and Guarantee
- All products are prepared and delivered with care, following strict hygiene and Halal guidelines.
- Customers must inspect the order upon delivery.
- If a product does not meet expectations, it must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery to info@operationfood.nl
7. Liability
- OperationFood is not liable for indirect damages such as consequential loss or lost profits.
- Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
8. Return Policy
- Due to the nature of our products (fresh and perishable goods), returns are not possible.
- In case of incorrect delivery or quality issues, we will offer a suitable solution (e.g., replacement or store credit).
9. Privacy
- We respect your privacy. All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.

10. Complaints and Disputes
- Complaints can be submitted via info@operationfood.nl
- We aim to respond within 48 hours.
- These terms and conditions are governed solely by Dutch law.
- Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
