Most Operation Food orders arrive within about 45 minutes, making us one of the faster halal choices for food delivery in Amsterdam. Because we cook every dish to order, your food leaves the kitchen fresh and hot rather than pre-made and reheated. Exact timing depends on your distance from our kitchen and how busy we are — peak evenings and late nights can run a little longer. You'll always see an estimated delivery time at checkout once you enter your postcode.

We're not open around the clock, but Operation Food is one of the latest-serving halal kitchens in Amsterdam — we deliver every day from 11:00 right through to 03:00. That covers the after-work dinner, the post-night-out craving and the late-night hunger that most kitchens have already closed for. So while it isn't strictly 24-hour food delivery, you can order fresh, halal food in Amsterdam far later than almost anywhere else in the area.

Three things set Operation Food apart for food delivery in Amsterdam: every dish is freshly made to order, it's 100% halal certified, and we deliver late — until 3 AM, every day. Our menu covers the city's favourites, from loaded kapsalon and freshly carved shawarma to smash burgers, grilled chicken and wings, with generous portions and vegetarian options too. Locals rate us 4.3★ on Uber Eats, and ordering directly through our website supports the kitchen and skips third-party mark-ups. Fast, fresh, halal and open late is the combination people keep coming back for.
